As I chatted during the introductory time with her she was very polite and professional, communicated well and was very clear in her meaning and language.
I decided for the purposes of the review to get a short reading looking at giving me general direction in a specific area of my life. I was clear from the start of the reading that this was the type of reading I was interested in, and what I wanted from it.
As the reading progressed she did hit on one key detail that rang true, but unfortunately didn't provide the "direction" I wanted. The rest of the information was very, VERY generic.
Granted I didn't give her a huge amount of time, but she was only asked for an indicator of the direction I should go in... any psychic with 15 years experience should really be able to give something with a little more to it than "I see you making phone calls" and "don't take on too many demands".
That said her rate is rather reasonable.
